The apartment is south-facing, while the kitchen and balcony face north.

One private parking space in the courtyard is reserved for the apartment, and tenants also have access to a closed courtyard.

Layout

The apartment is entered through a spacious hallway connecting all rooms. From the hallway there is access to the living room, kitchen, WC, bathroom, and balcony.

The bathroom is a walk-through room and can also be accessed from the bedroom. The bedroom is entered from the living room.
